Members of LeMay Erickson Willcox Architects attended the “Topping Out / Safety” barbecue on Tuesday, October 20th at Elms at Signal Hill Station to celebrate the project progress to date, emphasize the importance of safety on the jobsite, and recognize those helping to maintain a safe working environment.
The Elms at Signal Hill Station, an Elms Street Development project located in Manassas, Virginia, will incorporate 296 luxury garden apartments in a 12 building complex featuring 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units as well as a clubhouse with Cyber Café, fitness center and swimming pool. The Elms at Signal hill is conveniently located close to Manassas Park and the VRE Station. The first units are expected to deliver in early 2016.
