Acadia by Cortland

LEWA partnered with Cortland to complete multiple phases of design for the Acadia by Cortland multifamily community located in Ashburn, VA. The property hosts over 600 apartment units, and multiple pools. The renovation phase included an exterior palette upgrade to the existing buildings as well as reconfiguring the interior spaces to include larger bathrooms, addition of a coat closet, and redesign of the existing kitchens. In addition, LEWA provided design for the interior and exterior rejuvenation of the Clubhouse including renovation of the interior space to provide a new gym facility, new kid’s playroom, a larger fireplace, outdoor patio area and reconfigured leasing area. The second phase of design included the addition of 68 units to the property as a combination of Breezeway apartments and for rent townhomes.
