Cascade Commons

Cascades Commons is composed of 320 garden apartments designed to meet low income tax credit program requirements. The three and four story apartment buildings feature open, free-flowing space, exterior balconies, fireplaces and high ceilings on top floors. A recreational park area exists within the complex, consisting of visitor center/bathhouse and pool, multi-use recreational courts, children’s play areas and other site amenities. Colors and materials are light and durable, designed to remain appealing and attractive to residents and the community for many years.
