Cortland at the Village
Located within Poplar Creek Nature Preserve in Smyrna, Georgia this 24 building, 301 unit multifamily community was in need of an update. LEWA partnered with Cortland to complete the exterior redesign featuring Hardie Plank siding and cultured stone. The scope of work included removing the existing siding, repairing the weather barrier underlayment, removing and replacing all windows, removing all existing railings, repairing exterior floors and balcony slabs as required, installing new wood railings, staining the stucco firewalls, and cleaning and repainting all exterior doors.
