Elm Street Development and LeMay Erickson Willcox Architects have collaborated on planned community developments for over 15 years; delivering over 3,000 apartment units across 10 counties. Each campus is thoughtfully considered to feature one, two or three bedroom units and available lofts. Campus-wide amenities capture lifestyle trends including walkable communities, outdoor amenities, and bicycle storage.
These stylish and spacious mid-rise apartments are graciously appointed with tall ceilings, vaulted loft units, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building exteriors are carefully articulated with inset balconies, hipped roofs and dormers to visually reduce the scale of the buildings and accentuate a sense of home. The contextual masonry is accented by complementary soft warm siding colors, with crisp white trim, window heads and bandboards providing a gracious, timeless design.
