Cortland East Cobb Clubhouse

Located near the heart of East Cobb, with spectacular views of the seven-acre fishing lake, Cortland’s East Cobb community has been transformed. In collaboration with Cortland, LEWA designed a new clubhouse that compliments the newly renovated and fully landscaped apartment community and reflects our client’s belief that “each detail is worth a second thought”. With a desire to reuse the existing foundation, the new facility was designed within the existing footprint, providing an open and inviting floor plan with higher ceilings and a modern building exterior. The new 2 story wood framed building, with butterfly roof, features a leasing office, and amenities such as a lounge, coffee bar, kitchenette, game room and balcony on the first floor and fitness center with fitness on demand and yoga facilities on the lower floor overlooking the renovated pool deck.
