The Woods at Brambleton

The Woods at Brambleton, a 202 unit affordable family apartment community, in Brambleton, Virginia was developed by TM Associates in partnership with The Windy Hill Foundation. LeMay Erickson Willcox Architects provided master planning and schematic design for this garden style multifamily rental community. The community consists of five four story wood frame buildings with units ranging from efficiency through three bedrooms. On the ground floor of one building is a community clubhouse space that includes a leasing office, community room and exercise room. The community also has outdoor amenities of a playground and swimming pool.

The buildings’ exteriors are carefully articulated with projected facades, balconies, brick banding, pilasters and gable roofs to help reduce the scale of the five buildings and fit within the architectural language of the predominantly single family Brambleton community.
